IPhone and the Real Deal

Being someone who has not yet fully jumped into the world of high tech communications for reasons such as finance as well as the fear that Satan will be able to control my soul through such a device if I were to purchase one, I found an article by Brett Arends to be quite informative.

After hearing all the hype about this device it is good to see a counterpoint on why this technology is not all that it is being billed as. So rather than blather on about why you should not rush out to buy this device I would simply suggest that you read the thoughts of Arends for yourself.

However if you have already gone and bought the device I would simply suggest that you pay close attention to your daily activities and consider if your behavior is beginning to change for the worse. I still am not convinced that Satan has not cut some sort of deal with Steve Job and Apple.

The best comment in the
Brett Arends article at The Street was this quote “The last time I questioned Apple I was deluged with hate mail from iFanatics. They were full of iRe. This led me to describe Steve Jobs' company as "the world's only publicly traded religion." Doubtless I will get the same response again.”

That comment about Apple being the world’s only publicly traded religion is priceless. It alone makes the article worth reading. His wry use of upper case placement is also a great point of humor. Nice job Brett!

Mark Levin Calls Savage a False Prophet

Well, once old Snake gets fixated on a project everything else falls by the wayside. Since I have been working on a super secret project involving hidden agendas, old vendettas and potential harm to the value of the Sam Estate I have been rather busy. But not to busy to make a few disjointed comments.

I will start by telling you Michael that Levin has called you a false prophet and a moron to boot. I don’t understand why these people feed on their own tribe. You need to stand together on the issue of free speech. The people who want to shut you down just love it when you act like name calling children.

We also learned from listening to Sean for the past few days that (a) Tony Snow is a sellout and a political hack and (b) that Trent Lott is a sweet and smooth talking consummate politician. I can’t believe for a minute that Sean bought into that act. Spin like a top Trent, spin like a top.

The country is going to hell on a rocket sled and we are about to renounce the rights held dear by our fathers so that we might unite with a corrupt government in Mexico and a socialist government in Canada all in the name of a united North America.

I write about Trent Lott and his gangster activities, as stated by Michael Savage, and Fox News in D.C. reads it. I guess that even a news gathering and reporting agency such as Fox wants to know what the old false prophet Michael Savage has to say about Trent.

If and when Fox starts quoting
Snake Oil Sam on Savage then you had all better seek out a fairness doctrine. When they are finished with talk radio they are most certainly going to try to shut down bloggers. But the good news is they can’t!

What was that new blog domain? I think it had something to do with a Russian prefix. It will be located on some far away server next to the internet porn server. But you will still be able to get what I have to say here in the good old U.S.A. just like the way you are now getting the hot Russian teens.

That’s what is so great about the internet, even if it is not sold in one store you can always get it in the shop just across the street or across the planet. Same time, different time zone. Good old speed of light. So much for zoning ordinances.

Sure try and shut me down Hillary. You know, just like they tried to shut down your daddy’s white lightning machine out in the back woods. You just can’t keep a good shiner down.

Savage Calls Trent Lott Gangster!

Outraged by comments made by Trent Lott, Michael Savage wants an apology from Lott or he will ask his audience to contact the F.B.I. and demand that they investigate the Senator for making what Savage perceives to be a threat of personal bodily injury. Savage demands to know if Lott made a threat against conservative talk show hosts.

For the record, Lott was recorded, apparently without his knowledge, saying that “talk radio is running America; we have to {deal} with that problem.”

At the same time Mark Levin has expressed great dissatisfaction with the man, Lott. The people who Lott now is attacking stood behind the Senator when he was in need of support. Levin is disgusted with Trent Lott.

Trent Lott must explain himself to the people. Trent Lott is clearly a disgrace. Has the Republican Party officially abandoned the base of the party? Do they understand that without a foundation the idol falls?

The Republican Party would do well to heed the words of a great philosopher, Snake Oil Sam, who once wrote the following words of admonition, “If one were to come to a conclusion on an issue, basing that conclusion upon flawed opinion, then such conclusion is mathematically and strategically defective, suspect and likely the event horizon of a grievous and possibly fatal error.”

The only way to deal with the current problem facing America is to do exactly what Professor Savage preaches, “Fight the Mandarins!”

Quest Diagnostics and Lab Corporation Fight is “Good” for Radio Industry!

As the Middle East falls into yet one more of a continuing series of wars with one Islamic group brutally killing off their brothers, members of another Islamic Group, many of us simply wonder where it all shall lead. Is this some grand scheme of the Bush administration? Is it possible that old George has more upstairs than we have all come to believe? Is that gullible and innocent expression on his face just a ruse hiding a devious and sinister political genius?

No, that can’t be. Anyone who fights his own party in order to let half of Mexico into this country can’t be anything more than a seriously deranged mental patient. But in the end it will be the voice of the American people who have the final say. It has something to do with the time-tested concept of “We the People” and a government “Of, By and For The People.”

That concept was the result of war. We as a people are no strangers to war. So as we watch the Middle East we understand that people will fight for what they believe in. But we also at the same time wonder what the end game is. It seems that some people fight simply to fight.

We Americans go out to a ball game or a movie for entertainment. They go out to war. It seems to be a cultural thing as best I can tell. But there are also smaller less important wars in the world. Sometime companies go to war with each other. In reality there are some similarities between the corporate wars and the really big ones involving governments.

The bottom line it seems is money, who has it and who controls it. And one of those little wars that tend not to make the news is the “war” between Quest Diagnostics and Laboratory Corporation of America. It is a war which is quietly being fought in doctor’s offices, legislator’s offices and in the market place of Radio Media.

And like the really big wars which make some people a lot of money this war is no different. According to a report from
The Center For Media Research this war between the two laboratory giants has been very profitable to the Radio Advertising Industry.

And as a side note it seems that some people are using the internet in order to discuss ways in which they might get around the tests performed by this industry for determining if a potential employee is using drugs such as marijuana.

I find it fascinating that there is a segment of society which spends time on the internet discussing ways in which to
fool a laboratory into thinking that a person is drug free. But then again who am I to question how people utilize their time. After all I am a blogger, a person with no life at all.

It does make a person wonder though if the entire concept of drug testing is a legitimate process which can be relied upon. I guess that is something that is the responsibility of that industry to defend. Perhaps if they had a corporate blog they could respond to such a statement as just made by Snake Oil Sam.

I imagine that the standards are as good as the cost of the test permits. Perhaps if a group wanted a more definitive result they would be more than willing to pay more for the test. This might be a good profit center. High Level Drug Screening. Now there is a potential pot of gold.

In my view I fail to see why a company would even do drug screening. After all what someone does on his or her own time is their business and not that of the company. My attitude is that your company obligation ends when the time clock at the exit door is hit.

Whiskey and cold brewski is my business. The company has nothing to say about that. Oh, that’s because Whiskey and brewski is legal you say. Right you are. And so just make smoke legal and you end the problem. But no forget about that, because then you take money out of a profit center. Keep it under tight control. Keep those evil pot heads off the streets.

Anyway, I hope that the legislators have a few minutes to stop taking bribes and get some serious legislation done. I would suggest that you prevent companies like United HealthCare from forcing doctors to utilize a laboratory which they don’t want to use. New Jersey has it right. Perhaps the legislators in New York and other states can learn from their example.

New York State and Snake Oil Sam

When Snake Oil Sam gives an opinion on a subject he never knows exactly who is going to read that opinion or why they are interested in that opinion. So when people at the NYS OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL show up at the Radio Review to have a look you get sort of curious.

Now did I say something to make someone angry? Is it a simple matter of someone obtaining a little research information?

I’ll simply offer a link to the two articles which they seem to have expressed an interest in reading. I’ll let you decide if there is any reason for me to be concerned about having crossed a legal line. I think not, but in these days of judicial nullification of free speech and political correctness to reiterate, I’ll let you decide.

So you can read the opinion and information which at this time is not new and up to date. It is in fact a little more positive an opinion of the situation than might be currently reflected in reality and in the real-time numbers.

But if you want to be on the same page as the N.Y.S. A.G.’s office in Brooklyn then read
article number one and
article number two.

Nuclear Threat, How Real America?

To be forewarned is to be forearmed! Those are words to live by in modern day America. We often think that the threat of extreme terror could never happen. That is a natural human emotion. We want the world to be safe so we convince our self that it is safe. But the reality is inescapable. The world is not safe and never has been. But it is far less safe when Islamic Fascists are intent on wrecking havoc with the world.

So what can I do about it you ask? There are a number of things which you can do. The first thing you need to do is stop living in denial and understand just how large a threat this threat truly is. The next thing that you can do is talk about it to others.

I am fortunate enough to have learned from people who are far more adept at uncovering and reporting on this information than am I. One of the people who is kind enough to keep me updated on this vital information is investigative journalist Michael T. who is dedicated to exposing this threat to as wide an audience as is possible.

With the internet it is possible for people around the world to read important information and share it with others. The purpose of this article is not so much to convince you of the threat as you likely are already aware of it. It is intended to provide yet one more news distribution platform for an important story which you might not otherwise see.

Below I redistribute to you the urgent e-mail sent to me by Michael along with the article which is of such great concern. Please take a few moments out of your busy day to read exactly what was stated by a high ranking official of the government of the United States of America.

While reading it, remember that a nuclear detonation can really ruin an otherwise good day.

E-mail from Michael T.

Friends,

Many of you have taken note of the almost daily warnings of nuclear terror coming from government agencies during the past month. FBI Director Robert S. Mueller's speech in Florida today should be taken very seriously by all Americans. Such a concerted effort by government agencies to raise awareness of the threat of an American Hiroshima is as unnerving as it is unprecedented. Something is up.

Privately, federal agents have been quite candid about Al Qaeda's plan to use nuclear weapons against American cities, but it is highly unusual for the FBI to acknowledge the threat publicly. Mueller's warnings cannot be considered coincidence. His revelations were obviously made after careful consideration and consultation with the executive branch of our government.

During our ongoing investigation of Islamic education and para-military training compounds we have encountered increased activity and a greatly heightened sense of paranoia within the Jihadi communities. An Israeli security source has described the U.S. training compounds as "a ticking bomb, set to go off at any moment".

If your church or synagogue has not prepared a community emergency plan yet, it would be advisable to do so. Our churches remain the hub of American life and are the perfect foil for the Islamic Jihad.

Shalom,

Michael

FBI's Mueller: Al-Qaida Has Intent to Use Nuclear Weapons

NewsMax
Monday June 11, 2007

Robert S. Mueller, Director of the FBI, spoke this morning at the Global Initiative Nuclear Terrorism Conference in Miami. His comments confirm claims made in a new book “The Day of Islam” detailing al-qaida’s nuclear plans.

Good morning. It is an honor to be here with all of you today.

My thanks to Governor Crist and Mayor Diaz for joining us this morning, and to all those who organized this conference.

I also want to welcome Assistant Secretary John Rood and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Kislyak from the Kazakhstan conference. We appreciate your joining us, especially given the time difference.

We are here to discuss one of the most dangerous and deadly threats we face: nuclear terrorism. Few threats fall into the same class in terms of sheer devastation, damage, and loss. Few strike such fear in the hearts of the public. And few threats are so appealing to terrorists around the world, for the same reasons.

It has been said that the September 11th attacks were a "failure of imagination." We cannot fail to imagine the consequences of a nuclear terrorist attack. Nor can we fail to imagine that there are those for whom such an event is the end game.

Prevention must be our end game. Should there be a nuclear attack anywhere in the world, it would mean in some sense that we have failed in our mission. That is why we are here this week.

This morning, I want to talk about the threat of nuclear terrorism. I want to touch on our collective efforts in the United States to keep our citizens safe. And I want to discuss what we in the international community must do to contain this threat.

Our roadmap is clear. We must start with the source: we must secure loose nuclear material. We must share intelligence about those who wish to buy and sell such material, and we must stop those who do. Most importantly, we must stand strong together, for nuclear terrorism is a global threat that requires a global response.

Assessment of the Threat

By some estimates, there is enough highly enriched uranium in global stockpiles to construct thousands of nuclear weapons. And it is safe to assume that there are many individuals who would not think twice about using such weapons.

The economics of supply and demand dictate that someone, somewhere, will provide nuclear material to the highest bidder, and that material will end up in the hands of terrorists.

Al Qaeda has demonstrated a clear intent to acquire weapons of mass destruction. In 1993, Osama bin Laden attempted to buy uranium from a source in the Sudan. He has stated that it is Al Qaeda's duty to acquire weapons of mass destruction. And he has made repeated recruiting pitches for experts in chemistry, physics, and explosives to join his terrorist movement.

Bin Laden is no small thinker. Prior to 2001, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed – the mastermind of the September 11th attacks – suggested flying a small plane filled with explosives into CIA Headquarters. As noted by the 9/11 Commission, bin Laden reportedly asked him, "Why do you use an axe when you can use a bulldozer?" If 9/11 was the "bulldozer" of which bin Laden spoke, we can only imagine the impact of a full-scale nuclear attack.

Unfortunately, Al Qaeda central is not our only concern. We face threats from other terrorist cells around the world, and from homegrown terrorists who are not affiliated with Al Qaeda, but who are inspired by its message of hatred and violence.

Several rogue nations – and even individuals – seek to develop nuclear capabilities. Abdul Khan, for example, was not only the father of Pakistan's nuclear bomb, he peddled that technology to North Korea, Libya, and Iran. Khan was one of many to prove that it is indeed a seller's market in the so-called atomic bazaar.

We have often said that the next terrorist attack is not a question of if, but when. If we up the ante to a nuclear terrorist attack, we know it is a question of if, but we cannot let it become a question of when. Now is the time to act.

Our Collective Efforts to Prevent Nuclear Terrorism

I want to talk for a moment about our collective roles in combatting nuclear terrorism. While the FBI investigates all acts of terrorism in the United States, the prevention of a nuclear attack is a responsibility shared by many. Our investigations are joint efforts in every sense.

In October 2005, for example, a radiation sensor at the Port of Colombo, in Sri Lanka, triggered an alarm for an outbound shipping container. The container was sent to sea before it could be examined.

Working with their Sri Lankan counterparts, personnel from the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Energy determined that the suspect container could be on one of six ships, three of which were bound for New York. Officials around the world, from Italy to India, screened various containers on these ships as they moved from port to port. Scientists from Lawrence Livermore Nuclear Laboratory worked with FBI experts to analyze why the sensor may have been triggered, and whether any of the containers held weapons-grade nuclear material. FBI agents and analysts searched computer databases for criminal or terrorist ties to the ships in question.

We worked with our state and local counterparts in New York and New Jersey to put response plans into place. As three of the ships pulled into the Port of Newark, FBI personnel and officials from the United States Coast Guard, and Customs and Border Protection, screened and secured several containers.

Although this investigation turned out to be nothing more than the disposal of scrap metal mixed with radioactive material, it illustrates the need for a quick and a coordinated response.

That coordination begins with training. We need to know how best to respond to a pending threat before a real need arises. To that end, we routinely train with federal, state, and local agencies and first responders.

The FBI's Hazardous Devices School, for instance, provides bomb disposal training, using state-of-the-art equipment. In the past 36 years, we have trained more than 20,000 first responders, and nearly 3,000 bomb technicians stand ready to respond if we are threatened with a nuclear terrorist attack.

We also train our law enforcement counterparts across the country and around the world to detect, deter, and disrupt weapons of mass destruction. Field exercises include the smuggling, sale, transport, and use of hazardous material.

The International Counterproliferation Program, for example, is a partnership of the FBI, the Department of Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and the Department of Homeland Security.

Together, we are training our foreign partners in WMD detection, border security, undercover investigations, nuclear forensics, and crisis management. To date, we have trained more than 5,000 participants from more than 23 countries.
This September, for example, four of our partners in this Global Initiative – Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, and Georgia – will participate in an integrated exercise. We will run a hypothetical threat of a radiological dispersal device from start to finish, to see whether we are solid, and where we need to improve.

By training together, we can better work together. In recent years, we have worked with many of you on highly sensitive matters related to the trafficking and threatened use of nuclear material. I am not able to discuss those cases today, because the details remain classified.

The mere existence of these cases, however, with buyers seeking to obtain nuclear materials and willing sellers peddling samples, illustrates the size and the seriousness of the threats we face. These cases also illustrate the continued need for information sharing and collaboration.

Containing the Threat of Nuclear Terrorism

Let me spend a moment discussing how best to contain the threat of nuclear terrorism.
We all face the prospect that at some point in the near future, a terrorist will steal, smuggle, buy, or build a nuclear weapon. We must focus on prevention; we cannot afford to wait for a calling card to announce an attack.

Strong intelligence is our primary asset. We must collect intelligence from those closest to the threat, from port security and border control to state and local law enforcement. And we must share that intelligence with those who need it.

But intelligence alone is not enough. If we uncover information about potential nuclear trafficking or a pending plot, we must be able to move at a moment's notice.

We cannot sit back and wait for others to act. To do so is to continue to feed the crocodile, hoping he will eat you last, as Winston Churchill once said. Our safety lies in protecting not just our own interests, but our collective interests.

We cannot simply hope that stockpiles will be secure, that smugglers will somehow be stopped, that devices will fail to detonate. Hope alone will not suffice.

Each and every country must safeguard its nuclear material. Those who run the black market must be locked up and shut down. Possessing, peddling, and purchasing nuclear material must be prosecuted. And terrorists must be cut off at the source.

Our greatest weapon is unity. That unity is built on intelligence and interagency cooperation. It is built on the idea that, together, we are smarter and stronger than we are standing alone.

No person, no police officer, no agency, and no country can prevent a nuclear terrorist attack on its own. There are too many unlocked doors and unknown players, too many ports and porous borders.

Yet together, we can stop the smuggling of nuclear material. We can stop those who seek to buy such material on the black market. And we can stop terrorists from using this technology to threaten our citizens. We can, and we must.

Throughout the Cold War, the threat of nuclear attack loomed large. In 1962, at the height of the Cuban Missile Crisis, President Kennedy addressed the American people, saying, "My fellow citizens, let no one doubt that this is a difficult and dangerous effort on which we have set out ... Many months of sacrifice and self-discipline lie ahead ... months in which many threats and denunciations will keep us aware of our dangers. But the greatest danger of all would be to do nothing."

The dark days of the Cold War have been relegated to the history books. The United States and Russia ultimately resolved many of their differences through deft diplomacy. But terrorists do not want a seat at the diplomatic table. They do not respond to reason or rationale, nor do they share any desire for peace and prosperity. Quite the opposite, in fact.

Indeed, the greatest danger for each of us here today would be to do nothing. We must take action. And we must do so together. Our safety can only be secured with the help of the international community.

Years ago, we stood across from one another, divided by walls and different ways of life. Today, we stand together in this Global Initiative. We are united in a common cause. It is my sincere hope that in the years to come, we will have no need to meet to address this threat. Let us begin to make that hope a reality.

Thank you and God bless.

Teamsters Setting Sites on Quest Diagnostics?

When talk begins about unions you can bet that the execs at Quest Diagnostics have their ear to the wall. Of course just because people talk it doesn’t mean that there is any effort under way to bring a union to Quest Diagnostics.

But still one has to wonder what is going on in the dark corners when a teamster organization does a google search on Quest Diagnostics. It just makes you wonder what exactly the agenda is.

Quest Diagnostics Keeping it Real

One of the things which the executives at Quest Diagnostics are very good at, among other things, is keeping it real. They understand that an important segment of the business they conduct, apart from providing medical information to medical professionals is maintaining the confidentiality of that information. And to be sure they are very serious about that responsibility.

But in addition to protecting that information they are responsible to protect trade secrets as well. That is why they maintain a strict policy of enforcing a non-compete clause with all executive level employees. And when anyone in the company goes south with the intent of securing employment elsewhere, in an effort to make financial gain through that information it is a good bet that they will take legal action against that individual.

Such it seems is the case with a former company Vice President by the name of Kip Vernaglia of California. Now I for one find it hard to believe that anyone who goes by the name Kip could do anything wrong. After all, Kip sounds like such an honest name. But be that as it may, old Kip it seems jumped ship and went with a competitor of Quest Diagnostics, Santa Ana based Westcliff Medical Labs.

My first thought at learning this news was to suggest that Quest Diagnostics just buy out Westcliff and fire the Son of a Bitch! But in any event I am sure that old Kip will be thinking that it might not have been such a good idea to cross Legal.

Kip must be making some pretty good bucks at the new digs since he was paid as a Quest Diagnostics V.P. Regional G.M. something on the order of Two Hundred Large. Wow! So now that we know how much that position pays I wonder what the union troglodytes at the Teterboro Logistics are going to have to say about that?

Something tells me that the rumored rumblings of union clowns are going to try to use this type of information to seed disharmony again. Already the whispers in the night begin.

Perhaps that is why it is reported to me by an insider friend that a guard was posted at the gate house. You just have to do your best to prevent those union goons from getting onto the campus.

Well, as I understand it the realignment at the Teterboro Business unit is going to result in the termination of about forty positions. None of those positions will be reflected in the Logistics Department. As I see it, anti union loyalty resulted in at least a partial payback to those staff members in logistics who proved loyal to the company in the last failed union push.

Quest Diagnostics is loyal to the loyal. I hope that those people understand that because if they do attempt yet another union push Executive leadership might not be as amenable next time. They just might find themselves calling old Kip for a new job. Oh wait, I forgot, Kip is going to jail.

Right Truth! Wrong Plagiarizer

Recently I was reading a blog post at Right Truth when it occurred to me that some of the words which I was reading sounded very familiar. After thinking about it for a moment I realized that was the case because they were in fact my words. They were basically a verbatim quote sans quotation marks of a portion of my article about Dr. Paul Williams.

The article at Right Truth afforded me the opportunity to leave a comment which I did in fact do. The comment was to the effect that the blogger could have had the decency to offer credit to the original writer of the words, a.k.a. me!

I then received an e-mail reply that it had been sent to the blogger in an e-mail and that the individual was not aware that some of the words therein had been sourced elsewhere. Fair enough. It is a good lesson to all that when offering a comment that is not yours you should always indicate at the very least that you are sourcing another individuals work.

The author of Right Truth seems to be an honest person in that they did update the blog to indicate such. And for that I offer the title of this post. I would invite anyone reading this to visit
Right Truth and read what is contained there on both this subject and all other articles.

In regard to the matter of Dr. Paul Williams and his lawsuit with McMaster University in Ontario Canada, it would appear that someone at McMaster is interested in what bloggers are saying about them and about Williams since they have, since I wrote my Williams article, visited the Radio Review blog on several occasions. I suspect that such would prove true of all other blogs naming McMaster University.

In light of the McMaster / Williams’s lawsuit and the Democrat push for a fairness doctrine in the United States of America, as they also are reading our blogs, it raises a number of important and interesting issues. The question becomes “can laws related to freedom of speech and censorship adversely affect the world of the blogger?”

In a comment on that matter of Paul Williams posted at Right Truth a reader, identified as Terry Trippany left this thought:

“It appears that the litigation is based on the fact that his interview was aired on Canadian airwaves. I don't think this could apply to bloggers hosted by American companies on IP blocks assigned to the United States because of that fact but it does emphasize how foreign nations can manipulate the law to their advantage.

From a monetary point of view I don't know if the Canadian government could enforce any judgment on Williams unless he travels back into Canada. Of course Williams has a book and they could seize any assets he has in Canada.

The Canadian government is upset because Williams and some fellow journalists exposed McMaster University for proving unsecured access to a nuclear reactor and research facility on campus. Williams actually walked right into the building, up to the reactor and took pictures without anyone stopping him or the others. In addition it turns out that the facility was being utilized primarily by Muslims from what I heard.

In case anyone was unaware Canada has a pretty big problem with radical Islam itself. Many young Canadian Muslims have been enticed to train in Pakistan and elsewhere so they can join the jihad against America.

Williams was featured in a June 4th NY Post article as the expert who explained the background of nuclear trained terrorist Adnan Gulshair el-Shukrijumah and his relation to the JFK plotters.”

It is unclear if it will be possible for any organization or government to bring legal action based on news written in a blog but one thing is certain. Blogs are clearly a threat to any who would seek to conceal the truth.

Clearly any slanderous or libelous words are subject to tort action but that is nothing new. Anyone who blogs need be careful with what is said and how it is stated. There is always a risk of a legal reaction to what is written on the internet. A nom de plume such as Snake Oil Sam is no protection from legal discovery.

As I have stated in the past it is important to
blog responsibly especially when speaking of the alleged actions of a group or an organization such as McMaster University. Any group wants to protect a good reputation in light of the social, legal and financial consequences of unfair speech.

Blogging is an important right. But so is protecting and maintaining the truth in all things written. Unproven accusations can be more than hurtful. They can have severe consequences to both parties. Always remember that a blog is often nothing more than the opinion of the author.

And as such is the case, it is the responsibility of the reader to consider all sides of any issue when seeking to get to the bottom of the story. Dr. Williams stated at his website that it is his desire that the lawsuit move forward since he now has the powerful tool of the legal process of discovery.
I herein quote those words: "Dr. Williams refuses to be intimidated, and indeed welcomes the lawsuit because this will give him access to all of McMaster's records through the legal process of discovery and he will be able to expose what he believes could well be the nerve center for Osama's "American Hiroshima" project to blow up Ten American Cities with suitcase nukes."
And bloggers will be with him every step of the way. Why? Because that is what we do!

An Apology

As a point of information, I had made mention that a portion of an article at
Right Truth was lifted by someone. In the world of media that sometimes happens. When it is done with the intent of claiming authorship it is not a very cool or classy thing to do. But when done as a course of a days work in an honest mistake, then that is a horse of a different color.

That individual has since contacted me in order to offer explanation and apology. I submit to the readership of Snake Oil Sam his comments since it gives me yet one more opportunity to stand up for and publicize the cause of
Dr. Paul Williams.

I thank the gentleman for his kind words about my writings. I ask all reading this to support The Williams Defense Fund.
Dear Snake Oil Sam,
My name is Michael T, I am an investigative journalist with a particular interest in Islam's Jihad against the West. In the course of typical day I am sent, and in turn re-send, many articles taken from Blogs, newspapers, and magazines. When your fine article {Emphasis added} about my friend and co-conspirator Dr. Paul L. Williams came my way, I forwarded it to a select group of friends and troublemakers, Debbie at The Right Truth being one of them.
I make every effort to give credit where credit is due.....and 99% of the time that means Bold hyper links to the original story and, banners if possible. I must admit that on occasion, haste or hangover has allowed me to be negligent and sloppy in the credit-hyper link department, perhaps this happened with your article......I really cannot remember as I am still knackered, hung over, and jet-lagged from my recent tour of our nation's mosques and terror-training compounds. In any event, I apologize if it was my fault for passing on your article without proper credits. Your articles about Paul, the Jihad, and Jihad U (McMaster) are very much appreciated.
All the best (kol tuv)
Michael T.

Savage Coughs Up Five Large for Dr. Williams

Paul Williams is a man who has suddenly garnished national media attention. But to listeners of Michael Savage the man Paul Williams is no stranger. He is someone who has appeared on Savages’ national radio broadcast on numerous occasions. Often what he has had to report on the security, or lack thereof from terrorist threats has been “disturbing” at best.

Until recently Williams has been viewed by the mainstream press as a fringe individual. Perhaps now he is being seen more as an authority on matters of national security. Perhaps he is now being seen as someone to whom the people should be giving much more attention.

But Williams is not without problems. It seems that he is being sued by Canada’s McMaster University for things which he said about McMaster and Islam in a radio interview with a Canadian radio station.

Apparently it is against the law in Canada to express an opinion, critical facts, about a subject when Canadian law expressly forbids such. The amazing thing is that when interviewed, Dr. Williams, an American citizen was speaking from the confines of his home located on sovereign American soil.

According to Williams comment to Savage the legal action has already nearly financially ruined him. Is this the cost of fighting worldwide terrorism? Is this the cost of fighting to keep America and the rest of the free world safe? For this reason Michael Savage, outraged by this event has called upon all to support Williams.

Not being one who simply talks, Savage immediately pledged $5000.00 of his personal wealth to the Paul Williams legal defense fund. Soon thereafter he reported that a family member, [read his son, inventor and founder of Rock Star Energy Drink,] pledged an additional $10,000.00 to the fund.

If you want to learn more about Dr. Williams and the legal defense fund you can go to the
Paul Williams Defense Fund Website and read what is behind the issues. This is an important website about important issues. I encourage you to click the link and read all the information contained. Please support Dr. Williams. His fight is the fight of all good people.
